The 88th edition of the Farmer’s Week took place between 16 and 22 July, with the theme “Rural Production and Development: Diversity of People, Techniques and Results”. There were several activities, among them courses, lectures, workshops, cultural events, auctions and exhibitions.
Consultations and activities were offered this week aimed at providing opportunities for improvement and well-being for rural producers and their families.
The Department of Animal Husbandry participated by offering courses, consultancies, workshops and exhibitions for the participants in the areas of Poultry, Bovinocultura, Equideocultura, Forragicultura, Ovinocaprinocultura and Swine culture.
